Refund and Returns Policy

  • Due to the personal nature of perfumes and fragrance products, all sales are generally considered final for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Returns are only accepted if the product received is damaged, leaked, defective, or incorrect.

  • To request a return or replacement, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and clear unboxing photos/videos as proof.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging to qualify for a replacement review.

  • Claims raised without proper proof or after the allowed time window may not be accepted.

  • If a return is approved, we may arrange a pickup or ask the customer to ship the product back, depending on service availability.

  • Replacement will be shipped after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).

  • Fragrance preference issues (not liking the smell, too strong/light, etc.) are not eligible for return or refund.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
